How does PhotoMea find each guest’s photos?
When guests join your event, they take a quick selfie. PhotoMea compares it with the faces in the event’s photos and shows each guest only the photos they appear in. New photos are matched automatically as they’re uploaded, so nobody has to scroll through hundreds of shots to find themselves.
How do guests join my event?
Share your event’s QR code or join link, on a screen, an invitation or a table card. Guests sign in with Google, Apple, email or phone, or continue as a guest without an account, then take a selfie and see their photos. You don’t need to send anything one by one.
Can I upload photos while the event is still going?
Yes. Every upload is analyzed the moment it lands, and guests get a notification when new photos of them arrive. You can upload live during the event, or deliver everything afterwards.
Can my team upload to the same event?
Yes. Invite your second shooters, assistants or agency team and everyone can upload to the same event from anywhere. PhotoMea handles the matching for all of it.
Can I put my own branding on the photos?
Yes. Add a custom watermark per event and it’s placed automatically, or add an event frame that every uploaded photo gets. Your brand travels with every photo guests share.
Can guests upload their own photos?
Yes. Guest photos are processed too, and each photo is only shared with the people who appear in it. Once you’ve bought a package, each guest can upload up to 100 photos free of charge, and none of them come out of your allowance.
Who can see the photos?
Events are private by default, so each photo is only visible to the people in it. Organizers and hosts can make individual photos visible to everyone who has joined the event from the event settings.
How does pricing work?
You buy photo packages once, with no subscription. Your allowance works across as many events as you like and never expires. Every account starts with 100 free photos, so you can try PhotoMea at a real event before buying anything.
What happens if I run out of photos?
You can buy another package at any time and it’s added to your allowance. Your existing photos stay exactly where they are.
How long do you keep the photos?
We store photos for 2 years in secure cloud storage. You and your guests can view and download them in full resolution at any time during that period.
Is face data safe?
Face matching only starts after a guest gives consent, and they can withdraw at any time. Photos and face data are encrypted in transit and at rest, guests can delete their face data whenever they want, and we handle data in line with KVKK and GDPR.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Planning lots of events? Contact us for volume pricing.
